On this site, you will find the complete menu of Tsuru from Sydney. Currently, there are 8 menus and drinks available.

The restaurant's pork belly rolls are a standout dish on the menu, always impressing with their freshness and flavor. The Tsuru chips are a crispy delight, while the pandan dish is decent but falls short of expectations. Reviewers rave about the food truck's visits, especially when Tsuru brings their amazing pork crackle. Some critics, however, find the pork belly buns to be lacking in true pork belly flavor and juiciness, leaning more towards a Korean taco style. Despite this, others recommend giving the chicken option a try on the next visit. Overall, the restaurant seems to have some hits and misses, with the pork belly rolls being the clear winner among diners.

What Leonardo Knežević dislikes about Tsuru:
The usual bao problem in that it costs as much as a fancy burger but is smaller (they include chips but they were soggy and very salty so I don't value them at all). The pork belly was pretty boring anyway and a bit stringy. View all feedback.

Ever made your own bao’s at home? It probably seemed too hard. What do you get? How do you do it? Well rest easy, there’s a kit you can get that has everything in it and it’s delivered right to your door!. We tried Tsuru at Home and loved it. Our kit was sealed safely and everything inside was separately sealed again. You can’t be too safe these days and this was super safe! Our kit had of Tsuru chicken teriyaki, mini bao buns, tubs of Japanese mayo, pack of shredded iceberg lettuce and pack of cut shallots. You don’t have to have chicken though. You can also order black pepper beef, hot and spicy pork belly, teriyaki tofu and last but not least shitake mushroom.

Never before has a petite, 150cm female (myself) been able to devour a huge serving of French fries and chicken teriyaki straight within 8 minutes.
