Feedback
Was Syble Gleichner at The Walrus a mag?
Went for breakfast based on trip-advisor recommendations and wasn’t disappointed. The website suggested I booked via email which I did and received a prompt response. The food was excellent. I had the ricotta pancakes which were made fresh with banana, strawberries and blueberries. The coffee...was excellent too. Fast friendly service. I throughly recommend. View all feedback.
What Magnus Stark dislikes about The Walrus:
I was really looking forward to my bowl of porridge this morning, and the plate as brought out looked great - but the porridge was a gluggy sticky mess. Not good. On the other hand, my wife loved her eggs on toast, and the service was cheerful and quick. Just avoid the porridge. View all feedback.
Always gone, but never try. Today I have a chance to try, I ordered Picollo and Minestrone soup. Picollo was fine, nothing special. Minestrone was okay too, nothing extra to write about it.
I ate here twice this week. Monday I had the salmon salad with yellow red beds and honey walnuts on a spinach bed. So delicious. I went back on Tuesday and had a tuna baguette. Such friendly service and employees. I'm sure!
Hmmm closed on Saturday Hey? Better update the ... Grief Probably the best-looking decor in a cafe we have already been - we want this to be set up at home. Grief Grief The food is not presuming, it's exactly what the menu is just forward and just as expected, but the pain perdu looked very tempting ... we will come back next time. Grief Grief Overall, I would say that you get what you expected, and a little bit more. Not the most creative / Instagram-worthy food, but see if you eat with your stomach and not your camera - and you want to chat in comfort. That's your place. Grief
We were in the Rathaus area to make a little shopping and had surrounded the walrus cafe as a possible midday choice. they serve breakfast all day and lunch. we had the Spanish skill and the walrus omelette (no, not made with. walrus meat). service fast and smooth. very popular place with office crowd. one of the better cafe options around with good trips.
