Located close by to Petersham Station. I stopped by here for a quick takeaway breakfast. The service is both nice and quick. It was quite busy with most tables filled inside and outside. br/ br/ I scanned the cabinets full of delicious cakes and pastries and settled on a Pecan Pie. My go-to coffee shop. I've been going here for years and the coffee is consistently great, as is the food. Friendly, helpful staff and a relaxed vibe. Love this place!
Friendly staff and lovely food make The Counter a great little local café in Petersham. The dishes, especially the Breakky Burger, weren’t pricey and would definitely come back for it!

Great cafe in petersham! Very relaxed with friendly staff. The staff are quick to take your order and always checking in to make sure you have everything you need. The avocado on toast was great! Perfectly poached eggs.
Great place to catch a snack. Delicious sandwich and a great range of cakes. Friendly quick service. A little loud but cafe intimate cafe feel.
