JPB - Sydney
JPB
Description
JPG Restaurant offers a unique dining experience by sticking to traditional methods of managing reservations and orders, choosing not to rely on computers. While the food is praised for its quality and focus on local ingredients, some reviewers found the service to be lacking, with issues like bringing the wrong bill multiple times. The ambience of the restaurant is highly rated, but some felt that the food could have been better for such a nice place. Overall, JPG Restaurant offers decent value for a dining experience that combines great food with a charming atmosphere.

Feedback
Lovely service, elite and luxurious dining area, thoughtful menu and creative desserts, love this place so much. Great breakfast buffet selection with real honey from real bees! ???????????????????????????????????????? Polite and well manner waiter and waitresses, full of joy, full belly, full of happiness. Swissotel ????????
Nice place and atmosphere, good quality food. Very close to the Myer shopping centre and state theatre, the staff were very helpful with a warm smile ????????????
My partner and I stayed at the Swissotel over the weekend of November 11th to 13th 2016 and had Executive Lounge access. On the first day we were disappointed at the quality of the food in the Executive Lounge that we decided to have breakfast on the Sunday in JPB. This was a great decision. The range of food covered everything that you would like. If you wanted an omlette they would make it fresh for you with whatever you wanted in it. If you are looking for a full breakfast then do yourself a favour and book a table at JPB.
JPG does not use their OpenTable computer at the restaurant. Instead they print out the reservation list early in the day and to not update during the day. The staff brought the wrong bill 4 times because the employees do not match the bill to the table. It is surprising that JPG refuses to use computers to manage orders.
