I love having a choice between the firmness of the noodles and the broth is well balanced. I never leave without grabbing a pork bun as well! Easy 5 stars

Their menu has so much variety - I had a really hard time choose what to order as there was only two of us. We ordered a shiromaru tamago ramen (very wholesome and hearty), salmon aburi mental roll (the salmon was so soft and perfectly cooked, overall very tasty), chicken wings (the salty pepper dressing made the whole dish, chicken was very crispy) and Angus beef steak with deep fried mushroom on top (the steak was tasty but a little dry, the fried mushroom was a bit too oily). We got a ramen each and popcorn octopus to share<br/ The noodles were chewy and aldente, just how i like it. Broth is rich but not too salty and the egg was very delicious. <br/ The drinks list is very extensive. <br/ The chashu was a bit fragile, almost lost my piece midway.<br/ <br/ The price, however, didnt justify the portion. The price was higher than average, but i wasnt completely full, also thought the ramen would come with bamboo shoots and nori, like others with similar price points, but they are add ons, and would be too expensive.
