This place is running house coffees from Single Origin Roasters and guest coffees from somewhere else. Love their simple concept with great coffee.

The basement of the Hunter Connection is a hotch potch of shops with a definite bargain basement feel. So it was a surprise to come across a cool little specialist coffee place. The barista was very friendly and passionate about his coffee. He also made a very good cup, very fast. The beans were a Single Origin Roasters blend (using beans from Rwanda, Costa Rica and Burundi), the coffee was well poured, I practically purred as I drank it. Gumption by Coffee Alchemy has long been my favorite coffee place in the CBD but I liked my Espressory coffee just as much, and I didn't have to queue for 10 minutes to get it!
