It is a good coffee located on the basement of the Hunter connection. This place runs house coffee from individual source of origin and guests of elsewhere. Love your simple concept with great coffee.
Coffee Found of the month. The cellar of the Hunter connection is a Hotch Pot of shops with a certain bargain cell feel. So it was a surprise to come to a cool little special coffee. The Barista was very friendly and passionately about his coffee. He also made a very good mug very quickly. The beans were a single source of origin (with beans from Rwanda, Costa Rica and Burundi), the coffee was poured well, I practically when I drank it. Guittion of Coffee Alchemy has long been my favorite coffee in the CBD, but I liked my ears of marriage as well as well, and I did not have to turn for 10 minutes to get it!

Hands down the best coffee in Sydney. Will go out of my way to stop by. staff are incredible friendly Peter is the absolute best!!
