The cellar of the Hunter connection is a Hotch Pot of shops with a certain bargain cell feel. So it was a surprise to come to a cool little special coffee. The Barista was very friendly and passionately about his coffee. He also made a very good mug very quickly. The beans were a single source of origin (with beans from Rwanda, Costa Rica and Burundi), the coffee was poured well, I practically when I drank it. Guittion of Coffee Alchemy has long been my favorite coffee in the CBD, but I liked my ears of marriage as well as well, and I did not have to turn for 10 minutes to get it!

This place is running house coffees from Single Origin Roasters and guest coffees from somewhere else. Love their simple concept with great coffee.
