Bouche on Bridge - Sydney

Ratings solely based on the dish I sampled at Taste of Sydney. We settled on the wallaby skewers as it had been bestowed the Judges Choice the day before. The skewers were perfectly cooked - slightly pink, juicy and tender. Flavour-wise, it was a mild version of kangaroo with a mild gamey-ness. This was complemented by the smoky rosemary flavours that permeated the meat. The spicy cashew​ sauce was smooth and creamy, akin to a satay sauce with chilli powder on top. The sauce elevated the dish from good to fantastic.

Had the Wallabies skewers with peanut sauce, was nice, tasty meat which is soft and tender. The only drawback was it wasn't hot unfortunately.

Only has a simple lunch here today, but service was lovely and friendly. The waiter was so lovely he even helped ua carry pram up and down the stairs. The room was nice. And food was fresh despite taking a while to come out. The mash was amounst the best ive has Wine was nice too.

Came here with a voucher and high expectations. Expectations were definitely met. The food was exquisite and of the highest quality! We had the market fish and the beef for mains, which were cooked to perfection! Unique as well as refreshing and interesting. The ambience is quiet and relaxing, coupled together with the customer service being excellent. Would definitely come again.

Had a wonderful 3 course meal on a LivingSocial voucher.  There were some well-thought out dishes with unexpected flavours and textures.  Had the best pieces of snapper that was really fresh and flavoursome, and cooked to perfection - crispy skin and moist flesh. Servings were a bit more generous than your usual fine dining experience. Service was friendly and unpretentious.   We'd happily dine here again.
