read moreThe Taiwanese cuisine offered at this CBD restaurant on Liverpool street has garnered mixed reviews from diners. Some have found the food to be more than average but not particularly special, sticking to typical Taiwanese street food flavors like fried basil chicken and sticky rice with braised pork. Others have praised dishes such as the silken tofu with century egg and pork floss, although some have noted discrepancies in the preparation of certain dishes like the pig ears and the Baodao beef noodle soup. Despite varying opinions, many have lauded the restaurant for its signature noodles in beef soup and other flavorful offerings. Overall, the venue seems to have made an impression on patrons, with some eager to return and sample more dishes, particularly appreciating the comforting and rich qualities of the food, reminiscent of Chinese soul food.
Definitely hit the spot. Loved the handmade noodles, salt and pepper tofu, and the broccoli. Will return soon!
