When I tried to order a coffee, instead of asking me what size cup I would like, he simply banged his finger on different cups, assuming I could hear. As a deaf person, this was very disappointing.

However, there were so many op... read more I enjoyed a satisfying lunch of a toasted sandwich and coffee at this restaurant. The decor is simple, but the food hit the spot. However, there were so many options to choose from that it was hard to decide.

We ordered 2 completely different meals 1 from the menu with no changes exactly how it says then another different meal but with a fried egg. We got one meal an... read more We ordered 2 completely different meals 1 from the menu with no changes exactly how it says then another different meal but with a fried egg. We got one meal and it was wrong we took it back nicely thinking they would just remake it it wasn't even what we ordered). Then the lady tried to tell us we only ordered 1 meal even though we paid for 2. We tried to show them their menu so they could read off what we wanted and explain to them that the girl has got it wrong and they still refused to give us our meals and then we asked for a refund because they straight away decided not to make our meals at all and wanting us to pay for it again and of course they said no. They ripped us off we basically just gave them a donation and didn't even get to eat. Like who does that?? no one cause you cant haha! Would not recommend they were horrible. I suggest a training in customer service
