We arrived for lunch at 1.45. Surprising how busy it still was, and remained after we left an hour later. The staff look a little disorganised, but no one seems to mind. We ordered lunch for 2 adults and 2 children. The servings are huge. The food is delicious! We were able to take a doggy bag with no qualms. I would come back! View all feedback.

if the fact that this Danish is $5.80 and the 10% surcharge today is bad, they imagine taking a bit and a long black hair from inside (for reference, I have short blonde hair.) absolutely disgusting! 10% surcharge for the weekend on a Danish. that is overrated and has haare in it. they only come here if they want that subpar food that is ridiculously expensive. There are many seats outside and the coffee was beautiful. eating was quite expensive, so I'll be back to try the food.
Two vegan lunches cost $45, many dogs with dog hair and others throw on the floor, which looked like it wasn't in a pretty dam.

Bucketing down with heavy rain, you first notice a staff member is standing under a dilapidated tarp being accosted by the elements. The rain pouring down their face and entire body, through to their shoes. This poor staff member then walks through the rain and...wind with a tablet/iPad to take an order at each drivers' car window. The Knox is hugely popular for take-away coffee and goods, so this staff member walks out into the rain hundreds of times, to then stand for sometimes 10 minutes taking an order. Add obnoxious difficult members of the public and a persistently aggressive homeless man following her around, and your heart just breaks for this young human. This staff member was inadequately dressed for the conditions they had to work in. An umbrella and rainjacket would not have helped this poor soul. This staff member approached my car window maintaining professional customer service throughout taking my order. I inquired as to how they were, and the lack of response (in loyalty to The Knox) just said it all. OH&S and fair work should take a look at this one.
