Sat under air conditioning unit which was freezing had to ask for it to be switched off . I had a goats cheese salad which was small to say the least ! Also this was the only venue available for use near the spa earlier in the day there was no lunch or quick bite menu only crisps chocolate bars and one crossaint available . Unless you had preordered afternoon tea options were non existent . I was visiting the hotel for overnight stay with my two daughters who were starving and had to wait until evening meal at 7 .

My frie... read more I was worried about the poor reviews but shouldn't have been because I had a lovely meal in a lovely restaurant surrounded by friendly, efficient staff. My friend and I shared a salad and fries to start, had a pizza each and a dessert each. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Pizza was lovely and hit the spot. Wine was expensive and the cheapest bottle tasted awful but besides that a lovely time was had. Would recommend.
