The smoked meat adds an incredible flavor, complemented by a nice balance of spices and just a hint of heat. The cornbread is slightly sweet and has a light, soft texture that pairs perfectly with the chili—especially with a bit of butter! We also loved the apple crisp, which was spicy and packed with rich apple flavor. We can't wait to return for the brisket and pulled pork! It was great to meet you, Dennis! Thank you for a wonderful meal!
