I simply loved, Simply Barbecue! The brisket was fantastic! Both the sweet and the vinegar based sauces were delicious, although honestly the brisket itself was cooked to perfection, it didn't need a sauce. The ribs, oh the ribs!!! Just awesome! The brisket sandwich baked beans and cornbread is so amazing. The sweet sauce for the brisket was really good also. I would recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will be back.
We've been coming to Holden for fifteen years, and could never understand the lack of barbecue. Tried this place tonight and it's great! Ribs, brisket, and pulled pork were all delicious, and the corn bread was a crowd favorite (seriously-we fought over it). Definitely don't miss this restaurant!
Simply Barbeque is simply AMAZING! The most tender and flavorful ribs and brisket I have ever eaten. A hidden gem that all should visit.

There food was awesome! We had the sampler plate with all 3 meats, brisket , ribs, barbecue , baked beans, slaw. There now one of our favorite. Places to eat!!
