I absolutely loved Simply Barbecue! The brisket was outstanding! Both the sweet and vinegar-based sauces were delicious, but honestly, the brisket was so perfectly cooked that it didn’t even need any sauce. And the ribs—oh my goodness, the ribs!!! We just enjoyed three bowls of Dennis' excellent chili. The smoked meat adds an incredible flavor, complemented by a nice balance of spices and just a hint of heat. The cornbread is slightly sweet and has a light, soft texture that pairs perfectly with the chili—especially with a bit of butter! We also loved the apple crisp, which was spicy and packed with rich apple flavor. We can't wait to return for the brisket and pulled pork! It was great to meet you, Dennis! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Simply Barbeque is truly fantastic! I highly recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be returning. The ribs, brisket, and pulled pork are all delicious! As an added bonus, they have an excellent apple crisp to end your meal on a sweet note, or you can enjoy ice cream from the shop right next door.
