The rice was completely undercooked, resulting in an unpleasantly crunchy texture that made my teeth feel like they were on the verge of breaking.
I honestly rarely do this but this Taco Bell has horrible customer service. I just left there after 20 minutes of waiting for my food because the employees had attitudes. 1 I had to order my own food because no one wanted to take our orders. 2 the employees do not know how to communicate because why would you tell me your out of this and that after I’ve made my purchase and waited for my food. It’s frustrating because 1 employee tried to argue with me about their Strawberry Cream machine being down and I’m trying to explain to her that I’m not mad the machine is down I’m mad because I’ve been waiting so long for my order and you’re just telling me it’s not working. Just like I place an order for 6 Doritos tacos and nacho fries and you let me know afterwards you don’t have the shells. It’s all about communication. Not to mention it’s 9:00pm and you’re locking the doors so nobody can come in. I didn’t know the dining room close at 9!!! The service is just horrible.
Ordered with taco bells mobile app over 20 minutes before arriving at the location and the lazy employees still hadn't started my order when I arrived ! Seemed like employees were more concerned with sitting in the lobby on the cellphone or joking around in the kitchen and not concerned with filling orders. The one employee making the food was very slow. Don't see how this location is even still in business !!!!!
I’m sure the food they served tastes good, but I don’t think it’s something you should be eating.
