Sub Station Ii - Sumter

Most amazing sub place I've ever been. I go here everyday after I get out if school. The service is always amazing and the sandwich never disappoints. I look forward to going here every day.

Normally they are awesome. No complaints. But this day was horrible. I called in my order and waiting on line over 40mins ended up driving off and never getting my food. I think on busy days just do inside orders. Because doing both windows and insidedidn't work that day. Other than that the food is always good.

The food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. They often keep the phone off the hook, so you can't get through any calls. And when you finally manage to reach them, they put you on hold for 30 minutes while you listen to their employees laughing and chatting with other customers.

I understand that they are incredibly busy, and it's tough for them to keep up, but I really wish they had someone available to answer the phone. The woman who works the drive-thru at lunch is fantastic. Regardless of how hectic things get, her attitude remains positive. She's always smiling, very polite, and manages to get the orders out quickly. Plus, the sandwiches are great!

The customer service here is exceptional. The sub sandwiches are very good, and the place is impressively clean. Prices are reasonable, and they even offer chef salads! You’ll need to order inside. I would definitely come back. We purchased six sandwiches without any sides or drinks, and I love that they support local businesses with their business card wall. Great job!
