Bought a large coffee from here and the bottom of the cup fell off a couple mins later. I figured this was likely a defective cup but as soon as I poured the coffee I could see it seeping through the bottom. I walked to the front and told the person that these cups were no meant for hot coffee and stated that she knew that because it had happened before, and that they brought them those cups.
