I figured this was likely a defective cup but as soon as I poured the coffee I could see it seeping through the bottom. I walked to the front and told the person that these cups were no meant for hot coffee and stated that she knew that because it had happened before, and that they brought them those cups. When I asked that they should replace them, she stated that it was not going to happen. I hate to add to this but the coffee was severely watered down and tasted old.

When I found out a few days later and went back and questioned it the reply was that there is a glitch in their system and it’s not they’re fault and I was not the only one who this happened to. And his response was to call my bank and dispute the charges!!!!!
