Mcdonald's - Sugar Land

This McDonald almost always has a line, but not because they are inefficient. This is a very high volume store. The food was consistently good and the orders are always correct. It is our favorite place for an ice cone on a hot summer day. Very friendly staff.

Nice location! No long line inside nor in the drive-thru on the day that I visited. And I received my order quickly. Nice staff and polite.

I was surprised it was my first time going to this location inside I had gone thru the drive thru. The cashier was patient while I got my code and placed my order. We went and found a seat and just as we were seating ourselves our breakfast was arriving.

I ordered food online, but it turned out that half of what I received wasn't what the restaurant actually served. I didn't see it as a major issue, but the manager was incredibly apologetic and very kind! The service was excellent!

The food was fantastic, and the customer service was very friendly.
