The brisket was like butter. Chicken sausage was delicious with that crispy snap when you bite into it. The people are wonderful. Get the potato salad! All the respect to them and anyone who makes food like that in a friggin food truck. View all feedback.

Didn't have much Interaction with anyone besides when I order my food that was cool. Wanted to try something different, but unfortunately I don't think I will be going back. Worst BBQ place in town. $18 for a plate and it was stale and old. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.Service: 3/5
Let me start by saying that I don't ever mind paying decent money for great bbq, but there isn't much worse than paying $32 for a two meat plate w/ 2 sides, desert and can of soda. I don't like to leave a negative review but I feel like this time I needed to. This is my first ever negative review. The brisket was tender and good until the big piece was an end cut that was too dry to eat, the beef sausage was an up charge of $3 that I didn't even realize until I got my receipt, the Mac n cheese was below average with some garlic spices on it. The smoked beans tasted like they were canned and generally should have some chopped meat of some kind. Also, did not come with any sort of sliced bread. It is hard to make a cobbler before average but I was very disappointed. Unfortunately I had high hopes but will not be back. There are a lot of bbq options that are much better for a better price. My apologies for the poor review but for $30+ I expected better quality.

If I had to choose one. But your visit may be different from mines. Not worth me wanting to try for a different experience.
I first found out about Big 6 BBQ while attending the TriStar show at NRG. They were the closest food option there (Chick-Fil-A was closed already ? after walking around for hours. The staff there were friendly and quick! I had gotten the BBQ nachos (don’t remember what it was called exactly , and let me say that it was THE TRUTH ??After looking them up online, it said they had a location close to home! So I made it a goal to check them out one day going home from work. Today was that day. I tried their BBQ Brisket Burger today… and they DID NOT MISS ? And also, the gentleman (I believe he’s the owner who helped me was very welcoming!I am not sure why this establishment isn’t more talked about! They should be on the same level as Turkey Leg Hut! I know its 2 different things, but still. As a matter of fact, I’d eat here before I eat at TLH (nothing against them . We need all the Houston foodie bloggers to check this place out and help get them noticed. My new favorite BBQ spot. I will definitely be back! ?
Was at the Houston boat show when I got to try out Big 6I only had the brisket sandwichIt was very goodI would like to try the rest of the menu and maybe give them 5 instead of 4 stars
