i live in the same town as Billy K's is in Cornwall, Ont.. Altho I hardly ever have time to go in an it had been maybe years since i was last in there, Tho i had been craving a poutine done right, er...meaning not many places i like it at, but Billy K's have always seemed to do it right, anyways they did that night giggles thankies agains.. I did a review of being there. I ordered a hamburger. I asked for all dressed. I even mentioned mustard. You don't take into account that I did ask for that condiments to be added. But you were so happy to say we don't add that to your burgers. I want a apology on this matter View all feedback.
Always have to stop in when we go to Cornwall. Great prices and large portions. It can get quite busy at times, but I think that just tells you how much people enjoy it.They always have a great Playlist too.
Poutine was very undercooked and the steamies were very tiny and squished. Service was just ok. They didnt take my order properly but were nice. First time in over 10 years since I have had Billy Ks and I doubt I will go back.
