The Fish and Pig restaurant was incredibly good. As soon as you walk in, the smell of smoked pig hits you and you can't wait to order. I had the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw salad with a glass of local beer, a perfect combination. The pulled pork was juicy, perfectly smoked, and not overwhelming. Their sauce selection includes all your favorites - spicy, smoky, sweet, and more. The atmosphere is casual and the o... View all feedback.
Brisket and pastrami were on the spot! I have to try next time fish and huh. friendly staff, pick up early bc they tend to sell. also offer wein and beer. yummy coleslaw and potato salad also
The pulled pork was tender and delicious the Texas style brisket was amazing and needed no sauce, even the coleslaw was just right, not too crunchy not too soft a perfect counter to the barbecue. Clearly they make the coleslaw more than one time a day My other guests ordered the fish and pig plate, the fish was cooked perfectly and delicious. If you don’t go there you are missing out!!
We finally got a chance to try it today. And it was worth the wait! The meats are perfectly smoked (we had brisket, pork and chicken) and absolutely delectable. We have had our fair share of smoked meats over the years and Stuart Fish Pig is some of the best. I have tried a few other BBQ places in Stuart, in my quest to find a go-to BBQ place. Everyone else serves their meats covered in sauces, but at Stuart Fish Pig, the meat stands on its own. And it stands head and shoulder above everything else in town. The staff are super friendly! Cant wait to go back.
Excellent brisket and TOP-NOTCH pastrami on Wednesdays. (Get there early Pulled pork is also delicious and the fresh fish is fabulous. Not a fancy place, but Fish and Pig has *excellent* food. Addendum: Ate there again, today (8/18), and everything was as fabulous as previous visits. This place really is a little gem.
Highly recommend this place. All of the ingredients were fresh and they have a number of specially made options. Went on Pastrami day (Wed) and the food was excellent. Simple well functioning casual dining experience. Even the salad dressing was home made. They have a (homemade) cornbread salad that was excellent (though look at the ingredients, it might not be your bag). Decent portions, would definitely come again
