We finally got a chance to try it today. And it was worth the wait! The meats are perfectly smoked (we had brisket, pork and chicken) and absolutely delectable. We have had our fair share of smoked meats over the years and Stuart Fish Pig is some ofthe best. I have tried a few other BBQ places in Stuart, in my quest to find a go-to BBQ place. Everyone else serves their meatscovered in sauces, but at Stuart Fish Pig, the meat stands on its own. And it stands head and shoulder above everything elsein town. The staff are super friendly! Cant wait to go back.
Yummy! This place was delicious. It is a small restaurant that does some in house dining and take out. The sign on the door says open at 11am and they close when the meat gets sold out. When we went they were already sold out of the beef brisket, itwas 1:30. You have to go early. The server was a nice young lady who was very fast. The chef came over to ask us how we wereenjoying the food. I am definitely coming back soon. Probably on Wednesday when they do pastrami. They accept credit anddebit cards.
My husband and I have been to about every bbq place around, and some are pretty darn good, some are so-so. But no place I know of compares to Stuart's Fish Pig. This place is outstanding. The pork and brisket is 2nd to none. They put a lot of love inthe process, because there are no corners cut here. Friendly little eat-in area (thank you Kate) or take out. It's all good. Andthe sauces and sides are equally good.
If you're a fan of Texas-style beef brisket and good beer, this is the place for you! They serve the best smoked meat you'll find in Florida. Don't miss out on their pastrami on Wednesdays—it's a must-try! Just be sure to arrive early, as it tends to sell out quickly. You definitely won't regret stopping by!
My husband and I have tried nearly every BBQ restaurant in the area, and while some are really quite good, others are just average. However, nothing compares to Stuart's Fish Pig. This place is exceptional. Their pork and brisket are absolutely top-notch. You can tell they truly invest love into their craft, as there are no shortcuts taken here. The small dining area is welcoming (thanks to Kate), or you can opt for takeout—it’s all great. Plus, the sauces and sides are just as fantastic.
