Even though the hours are posted on the door indicating that the lobby is open, I've found the door locked on multiple occasions.

I waited over 39 minutes for the cashier to take our simple order for four people, one of whom was a child. When someone else stepped in to help, the situation... read more I waited over 39 minutes for the cashier to take our simple order for four people, one of whom was a child. When someone else stepped in to help, the situation worsened. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for our food. My baked potato arrived with cheese and other toppings instead of plain, and the fish sandwich was terrible. Everything we ordered tasted like cardboard.

We happened to be in the area for personal reasons and found ourselves hungry, so we decided to stop by Wendy's. It turned out to be a great choice! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Next time we're in the area, we will definitely come back as customers.

I had to rely on chicken soup and broth for two days. No photos, but my wife can confirm she was the one making me the soup. I'm done with Wendy's.
