They are consistent tho? on screwing up your order. Past 3 times I said no beans, I mean idk if I have to scream itnext time or what. Disappointing.

The first time the drive through was so swamped I... read more I'm not sure what's happened to this location. This was my second attempt this week to stop at this location. The first time the drive through was so swamped I didn't even bother. Tonight there was 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through. Even though all 3cars ahead of me ended up leaving without ordering, it was still twenty minutes to get food. My chicken had burnt bits. Thevegetables weren't cooked enough. The plantains had burnt bits as well. Super disappointing.

I?ve been to many Apollo Tropical but it was my first time at the one in Stuart and I messed up my order and had to go back and redo everything Gio the cashier... read more I?ve been to many Apollo Tropical but it was my first time at the one in Stuart and I messed up my order and had to go back and redo everything Gio the cashier had very much patience with me, he didn?t get upset or aggravated because I kept changing myorder. He made sure he understood so there wasn?t a mistake again! When I told Christian the Gm he wasn?t upset either he madesure I was satisfied and kept a great attitude! When Dolce the shift manager had to refund everything back on to the card shewas so pleasant and had no attitude, she smiled and told me my food will be out shortly! I really appreciate them all! ????

Sunday afternoon around 3:30ish, 7 cars in line over half hour and when I pull up to the speaker they told me the system is down and don't know when it's coming... read more Sunday afternoon around 3:30ish, 7 cars in line over half hour and when I pull up to the speaker they told me the system is down and don't know when it's coming back up. I can wait. When I ask how long this is going on as I saw other cars going through.Told me it's a shift change, we're not taking orders . Second shift was friendly but I ordered half chicken all white meat andwhen I got home. Surprised again. Not what I ordered. Been coming here for years and lately been very disappointed.

Employees did not know if any item wa... read more They did not have Puerto Rican beans (red beans), avocado was not fresh and maybe even thawed from an avocado freezer bag. Employees did not know if any item was gluten free. Black beans were not that tasty. The place did not look too clean. I ate a little and got out of there. Compared to the Pollo tropical in Mayagüez Puerto Rico, this place did not even come close to the Mayagüez one.
