I can wait. When I ask how long this is going on as I saw other cars going through. Told me it's a shift change, we're not taking orders . Second shift was friendly but I ordered half chicken all white meat and when I got home. Surprised again. Not what I ordered. Been coming here for years and lately been very disappointed.

I accidentally messed up my order and had to go back to sort everything out. Gio, the cashier, was incredibly patient with me. He didn't get upset or frustrated as I kept altering my order, and he made sure to clarify everything to avoid further mistakes. When I spoke with Christian, the general manager, he was just as understanding and focused on ensuring my satisfaction while maintaining a positive attitude. Dolce, the shift manager, handled the refund process smoothly and was so pleasant throughout. She greeted me with a smile and reassured me that my food would be ready shortly. I truly appreciate all of them!
