The restaurant is perfectly light up at night. We were staying in the hotel behind the location and the music and lights made the environment of our visit super! I look forward to my next trip here.

Granted the... read more Went there Saturday night soon as I get to the window they tell me to pull over and wait for the food. Waited 15 min for 1 single burger and fries. Granted the fries were hot but they sandwich was cold. Doesn’t make any sense horrible

10:45 on a sat night. I 'm literally the only single vehicle in the drive thru. I order a single stock combo meal. I pull up. I see three people standing around... read more 10:45 on a sat night. I 'm literally the only single vehicle in the drive thru. I order a single stock combo meal. I pull up. I see three people standing around inside talking and one guy who looks like he 's cleaning a shake machine. They take 5 minutes to open the window, hand me my drink, and run my credit card. I wait 5 more minutes and see one of the guys fill a basket with fries, drop em in oil, and then he comes to the window and asks me to pull around and wait for fresh fries while handing me my burger on its own. They weren 't cleaning the fryers or changing the oil or anything. Just too stupid to drop fries right when an order comes in. I 've worked in restaurants and fast food. This isn 't a lack of understanding, this is total understanding. Zero excuse for this. I pull around and park. 5 more minutes goes by. I back up, drive up to the window again. No other customers have come and gone in this time. They refuse to open the window. I politely tap my horn, and the two guys I can see walk away out of view. I tap my horn again. Nothing. Finally the lady opens the window with an angry look on her face and asks if I 'm waiting on fries. I said, I 'm the only car here with a single order and it takes over 15 minutes to get a medium fry out? She starts sputtering about how it takes 3 minutes to cook fries and blah blah blah and I drive off because now I 'm late for work. Don 't go here unless you have 30 minutes to sit and wait for them to decide to cook some food whenever they get around to it. Totally worthless employees, fire em all.
