The Kitchen Post - Struthers
The Kitchen Post
Description
The restaurant, located in Youngstown, offers a variety of delicious dishes that have become best sellers, such as the chicken and waffles. The atmosphere is modern and hip, with a great beer cocktail selection. Despite a slight issue with ventilation in the open kitchen, the food is described as brilliant, showcasing a mix of small plates and forks with mostly new American fare. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. It's a great place for brunch, with favorites like Chicken and Waffles and Pancake Stack. Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique dining experience off the beaten path. With a pleasant culinary experience and great service, it's worth a visit.

I was here a few times. Always enjoyed delicious food! The weekend brunch Chicken and Waffles are my favorites! Small dining area that is busy for lunch, so until 11. Good service and cool atmosphere. Not ideal for children, but okay. On cold days it is hard to sit on the door because the cool breeze penetrates. Overall, I recommend this Youngstown bracket.
This place is an unexpected joy. Large modern furnishings create a very hip atmosphere. Very good beer cocktail choice. Then there's the food that's brilliant. A beautiful mix of small plates and forks attracts. Mostly new American farewell. My only complaint is that there is an open kitchen that didn't seem to be very well ventilated, so let's judge after a frit. Despite this one mistake, I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I am back in Youngstown.
This place was great! The chicken and waffles have become a best seller because it was incredible. The pineapples on the head were good, very full. The coconut cream was great, but they needed more pineapples and cherries. The **** Mary was simple and delicious. Irish coffee was great. They were very busy Saturday brunch. Lots of room upstairs. This would be a free place for a party, shower, etc. I'm not sure if they were watching.
Please note: This review applies only to the former Struthers site. Nicely presented and season to almost perfection, we can not help but say how much we enjoyed our dinner in the kitchen post. This trip we had the Wels-Tacos with one side of Cheddar-Grotten and the shepherd cake. The only slight disappointment was the portion size of the shepherd cake, but that is, it is very full without being overwhelming. Friendly staff in a very picturesque, fast casual way. meal for 2 persons canoe under $20, which was included drinks. I believe that the pictures will speak for themselves and I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking for something from the ordinary and the beaten path. We are happy to go back for a pleasant culinary experience.
