This place is an absolute shame to the Youngstown area. .. zero customer service, zero communication, and zero accountability! Do NOT order from this establishment! I count the days to see a for sale sign in their store front. This is one place where I wouldn't mind seeing a car wash or mattress store put in. Absolute joke. Whomever is running this place should hang their hat up and find a different career. I'm all about local businesses. I work for one. But my god.. treat the locals that keep you in business with respect and a open line of honesty. SMH..... I would add a photo, but they charged me 81 dollars without producing any food...

Now after I placed my order I re... read more Yesterday I placed an order online on their website. One of the items I ordered was the lasagna. I also placed it for delivery. Now after I placed my order I received a Facebook message asking if I ordered today, which was weird.. why wouldn 't they call me to verify? I answered yes and asked if everything was ok with my order. After getting no response back and waiting an hour for my food, I called them. They proceeded to tell me that first of all we have no delivery drivers today. Second of all we no longer have lasagna. And third of all there 's no delivery address on your order. Ok.. first of all I chose delivery because I had a sick kid at home, but I would have picked up if needed. Second of all why do you have it on your menu available to order then if you no longer serve it? And third of all yes there was. It 's on my receipt. I said fine can you just cancel my order and refund me? She tries and says the computer isn 't letting her refund it. So she will have to call the owner and call me back. Ok. I wait. And wait. After an hour I hear nothing back. I call again. The woman on the phone says the original person I spoke to will call me back in 5 minutes. Ok... another hour goes by and nothing. By this time it 's around 730, I 've heard nothing, and my kid is starving. I end up ordering something else. And I decide to wait until the next day, today. I call this morning and explain my situation. She says I 'll call the supervisor and he will call you within 45 minutes... more waiting.. after 2 hours no one calls me. I call for 4th time to resolve this and get my $81 back. She again tells me that the supervisor is out delivering an order and he will call me. I tell her I 've been calling since yesterday and no one is calling me back or trying to resolve this. I feel like they are giving me the runaround. She says I 'm sorry I 'm not even in the facility and I can 't do anything else for you. After work I drive there and speak to someone telling them I 'm frustrated because I spent $81 and got no food and no one is helping me. I just want my money back. He apologizes and gives me cash. So I did get my money back but the service, or lack of service, was awful and I will never order here again. If they would have just called me back and gave some effort in resolving this, I wouldn 't be so upset and frustrated. But I had to call 4 times and eventually physically go there just to get my money.

Last time I went, I had the chicken Diablo sandwich and that was very good. Fries are also very good in my opinion; fresh cut and perfectly salted. First time I went, I had a burger and it was dry and overcooked. Theres a decent selection of draft beer. Still need to try the pizza though.We went to watch a game at the bar and eat dinner. The game was on, but they had music loudly playing, instead of the game audio; so we had to ask for that, to which the staff complied which was nice, but you gotta have the playoff game audio or else some people might not feel comfortable asking and would leave.
