Just set realistic exp... read more My biggest complaint is the wait time for to-go orders. They say it’ll be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but it often takes 30 to 40 minutes. Just set realistic expectations! Another point of frustration is the food preparation. I understand cooks come and go, but one time I had a cheesesteak that was amazing—perfectly cooked steak pieces, nicely chopped. The next time, however, I received an entire uncut piece of steak on bread with just a slice of American cheese. Seriously? They did fix it, but the cook insisted he had done it correctly. It’s disappointing—it could be so much better!

This place is an absolute shame to the Youngstown area. .. zero customer service, zero communication, and zero accountability! Do NOT order from this establishment! I count the days to see a for sale sign in their store front. This is one place where I wouldn't mind seeing a car wash or mattress store put in. Absolute joke. Whomever is running this place should hang their hat up and find a different career. I'm all about local businesses. I work for one. But my god.. treat the locals that keep you in business with respect and a open line of honesty. SMH..... I would add a photo, but they charged me 81 dollars without producing any food...
