There were... read more I went to this restaurant for lunch without a reservation. They serve lunch until 2:30pm and I received good service without having to wait too long. There were many options to choose from on the menu.

After being told there would be a delay in taking food orders, we decide... read more My experience at one of our favorite cafes on Saturday, October 28th was disappointing. After being told there would be a delay in taking food orders, we decided to wait and explore the area. We later discovered that the kitchen was busy loading food into a van, causing the delay. When we finally placed our order, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was subpar. The salad had wilted leaves, the eggs royale lacked garnish, and the tuna sandwich had inedible garnish. Overall, we were not impressed with the service and the food. It is unlikely that we will return to this cafe in the future.

I just wanted to pop on here as a customer who witnessed the man below be very abusive and rude towards the staff working at... read more REVIEW FROM CHRIS R BELOW IS A LIE! I just wanted to pop on here as a customer who witnessed the man below be very abusive and rude towards the staff working at the edge coffee shop when he entered. What he didn’t realise is the people sat on the table who so say were “staff” witnessed this problem were actually customers. Me being one of them. Both girls remained very professional and calm and explained the kitchen was closed as it was 2:30 not 2:25 as you are stating. Your wife wouldn’t accept this and spoke very rudely to the staff behind the counters . Both yours and your wife’s attitudes were very aggressive, you weren’t happy with the answer and therefore chose not to listen to the staff but in fact mutter irrational comments at them. The staff did their up most to help you out and offer alternative options, they even asked the kitchen to make an exception for you, however again you chose to be rude and difficult customers. Do you not think the fact a coffee shop full of customers could hear the whole commotion was due to your grand entrance, aggressive nature and tone of voice, also resulting in the staff members feeling very intimidated. The man’s review below is not acceptable. Chris Rainbow we’ve seen you post on their Facebook page too. You need to stop making up such lies. We’ve seen you do these reviews for a lot of places all over your Facebook page and they are all awful and so damaging. Thank you the edge coffee shop for providing super service as always. The lunch was delicious and the coffee was tasty as always.
