The servic... read more We had a great family meal before the fireworks show. It was our first time at this restaurant, so we relied on some reviews which were all positive. The service was a bit slow, but understandable as the restaurant was really busy. The food was delicious, not greasy, and free from artificial dyes. The flavors were fantastic and the portion sizes were good. We would recommend this place and will definitely be back with other family members.

The booking was for 5.30pm on a Sunday, thinking that we would have some dinner and... read more We booked our table a week in advance for 5 adults and our 10month old baby. The booking was for 5.30pm on a Sunday, thinking that we would have some dinner and get back home around 7.30pm, on time for our baby’s bath time. How wrong we were! We waited for our food for 1 hour and 50 minutes! (Yes. Nearly 2 hours!!! When I went to ask why it was taking so long, (considering that there were maybe 5-6 tables with people in the whole restaurant the waitress behind the bar said that they were very busy with all their takeaway orders. Well, that was terrible customer service. So if you turn up to have a sit in meal, you come second! Takeaway orders have priority! Well, it doesn’t say this anywhere! I am not keen to return.
