Appleseed Cafe - STRATHALBYN

This was a return visit to the Appleseed. Once again it was a very enjoyable meal served by friendly and professional staff.The menu has quite a number of choices and interesting ones too with vegetarian and gluten free options. It is certainly refreshing to see the owner has given thought to the menu. The Appleseed always looks to have customers but is certainly not noisy with its relaxed atmosphere.Looking forward to my next visit.

Extensive lunch menu, excellent value for money, fresh high quality ingredients used in both meals, lovely atmosphere.

We stop in Strath for a brunch or even lunch in transit to Goolwa from Adelaide - it is about the right distance to have a break. In High Street we found Appleseed Café where we could take the dog - she insists - while having a bite. They had great bakery food and coffee all we look for along the way. And promptly served when we have been there (several times). We take a section from cheesecake and asties if there are any left?

We passed thru Strathalbyn recently and felt like a coffee and ended up sharing a beautiful ham, cheese & mushroom omelet as a late morning snack . The coffee was great and the omelet light & fluffy but above all very tasty. Will drop in again for sure.

Popped in for lunch and a cuppa. Was lovely meal served by friendly staff. Looking forward to visiting again and trying one of the delicious looking cakes with a cuppa.
