Subway - Stratford

Have been a regular customer for quite some time, but tonight when we got our regular steak &cheese you could see the bun through the meat! We even asked for more but they are getting chinzier all the time. Hope the owner chokes on her...More

When you first approach the restaurant, it appears to be a vintage standalone store. However, once you step inside, you are greeted with a fully renovated, modern interior. The ambiance is bright, impeccably clean, and welcoming. Every ingredient from the buns to the toppings is fresh, just as you would expect from a Subway. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the cleanliness of the modern washrooms reflects the high standards maintained by the restaurant.

Like all subways i ve been through. Great service, smile and efficience. Recommand to anyone anytime

My dining experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We ordered a vegetable sub and the person serving us was rude and had difficulty with English communication. The bread was extremely stale, making it difficult to eat. There were very few toppings on the sub. This was the worst sandwich I have ever had from Subway. Typically, Subway is known for their reliable and high-quality sandwiches, but this one was disgusting. My daughter works at a different Subway location and she assured me that her store would never allow such a lack of quality and service.

It was the absolute worse subway I have ever had a sandwich from. The worst!The bun was so stale that I had to wash it down with water and the toppings were so skimpy it was pathetic. I told those working that the sandwich was a piece of **** and the bun was stale. The made no effort to apologize for the terrible sandwich. The 2 attendants serving where from another country and did not speak English and did not even try to understand. Terrible....never again.
