Today, I had an excellent customer service experience at this restaurant. I accidentally ordered hot coffee instead of iced coffee, but the staff kindly replaced it for me without any extra charge. This small gesture really brightened my day, especially after spending money on getting a copy of my car key. If you want to feel appreciated and enjoy a great cup of coffee and a donut, this is the place to go! Yahoo! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
There is an excessive amount of ice in the drinks at this restaurant. One day you may get a perfect drink, but the next it may not be so great. I wish they were more consistent with their beverages. Additionally, the breakfast sandwich is inconsistent in its quality. View all feedback.
After purchase I asked if I can use the restroom, No. And I asked if there is any restroom nearby, No idea. It was the worst customer experience.
This location has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had a Mobile order from a Dunkin on Forest Ave. because I was running errands on that side of the Island. When I realized that I received the wrong doughnuts, I thought maybe this location on Clove and Victory can exchange them for me bc it’s down the block from my home and instead of me going back to Forest. I go in, and there’s one person ahead of me. He gets his order and leaves. After 7 minutes, I tell them it’s pumpkin and she looks in the bag and says it’s blueberry. OKAY SO!!!! It’s still wrong. Can you please swoop them bc the other location is too far for me. She annoyingly and rudely says no. Ma’am it’s a doughnut!!! Which they end up throwing away at the end of the day anyway. They weren’t running low and it was an entire tray! Plus I have witnessed someone asking for a favor like that in the summer of 2021 DURING COVID! So there’s no reason they couldn’t have just been helpful. I ended up having to drive to the original location and they happily exchanged it without issue. I was in and out. It’s about courtesy. They didn’t want to serve me from the beginning since they ignored me for 7 minutes. They don’t have to worry about me every walking through those doors again.
The staff's attitudes are indifferent at this restaurant. They do not accept any deals from the app when scanned, as nothing shows up on their end. Even when presented on your phone, they will not honor it, despite it being their issue, not yours.
I discovered a cockroach in the restaurant and realized a piece of hashbrowns was missing from my order.
I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location. It is quite small and the staff is friendly. The quality of the Dunkin' coffee can vary from day to day, but overall, it is still delicious.
