Great little hole in the wall takeout sushi restaurant. I go here at least once a week. Fish is really fresh. It is a little expensive, but the food quality is very good. View all feedback.
What Vic Robey doesn't like about Sushi 35 West:
Located upstairs above a smoke shop. The speakeasy aspect was fine. I was led to believe that the lack of atmosphere was a direct trade off for stepped up quality and technique. Kind of a bait and switch. The photos for the Sushi+Sashimi for $40 displays photos of sashimi cut to match the salmon. Instead I got decent salmon and some scraps. Everything tasted ok, they use fresh wasabi as well.Overall this is just takeo... View all feedback.
Amazing quality. Super fresh. Only wish the soy sauce containers were large enough for the pieces of sushi to fit into, haha. The Spicy Scallop Roll, Crunch Spicy Crab roll, Salmon avo roll, Crunch Spicy Tuna Roll were all incredible. The nigiri was very good too.

What can I say this is probably the most god tier sushi you can get. Idk how places like bondi even have customers when this place exists. Fresh fish, perfectly cooked rice that has a bit of sweetness. And most importantly, they arent stingy with their cuts. Excellent spot, a perfect 5/5.
Don't look any further. This is the sushi to get for delivery! Crunch Spicy Crab roll and California Roll were delicious. Also ordered the Sake (salmon) and Akami (lean tuna) nigiri. Fresh fish and good rice. Perfect to get delivered to my hotel. Highly recommend!
Best sushi in New York. I've had the best sushi in world, from nobu to zuma to the top omakase. This is by far the best value for money and best delevered sushi out there. Sushi premium Salmon avo roll Eel avocado roll
