I visited on a Wednesday afternoon when it wasn't busy, and I had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The paninis are quite large, so make sure to order thoughtfully. The potato salad and truffle fries were simply divine! Our waitress was wonderful (I regret not asking her name), and I would definitely return just for the excellent service. View all feedback.

panini Rustic, it was my First time ordering and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. Taste good but Half empty and for that price and size, I could have ordered something worth it. I was surprised how quick and mean too quick it arrived and the delivery driver texted me to let me know he was downstairs. That's new?????, Smh... definitely will be the first and last. I recently started working in SI and been ordering lunch from here, the salads are sooo good and fresh it’s my go-to spot now! Def have to stop in some time to try it out I’m sure it won’t disappoint!! Thank you
Panino Rustico is one of the finest cafes on the island. The food is fresh, the coffee is expertly crafted by skilled baristas, and the ambiance is fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Burrata, and all the paninis are exceptional. The staff is very friendly and happy to provide recommendations! The truffle fries are absolutely amazing!
