I use to go to the one on Merritt Blvd just to see the manager. But, I was surprised to see him at the one on Wise Ave today. Now that I know he's here I'll be coming to this one for now on. I'll follow great customer service anywhere. Long asMr. Ron is there I'll forever visit this one.

The only thing remotely good about this place was the friendly staff.

Afternoon 4pm Large caramelwith cream literally was cream and caramel, So out of 3 in 1 day , I reliever 1 decent coffee Saturday Aug 27, iced coffeeterrible, iced latte terrible Sunday Aug 28, morning latte and coffee were good 4:30 pm, iced coffee was terrible I'mhonestly tired of asking for new.

When we said we are not taking them she got ignorant, got us new coffees and asked what are we waiting for! We said the rest of our order. Doughnuts and amuffin. Oh and when we first pulled up to the window she asked if we ordered on the go and we said we ordered online and sheyelled that's what I just said! Well we won't be going there anymore. Dundalk restaurants and fast food are horrible now adays.
