What Kalmann Thomas doesn't like about Bruegger's Bagels:
I love their bagels and will continue to go back, but they really need to improve their online ordering system. They are consistently slow and disorganized. I always allow for an extra 10-15 minutes when ordering ahead because they often take longer than expected. The staff at this restaurant are severely understaffed, leading to poor service. However, the three managers are exceptional and doing their best to train new employees, though they often don't stay long. One thing I will say is that if you are unhappy with the speed of service and long lines, consider applying to work here and help speed things up. View all feedback.
