I love their bagels and will continue to go back, but they really need to improve their online ordering system. They are consistently slow and disorganized. I always allow for an extra 10-15 minutes when ordering ahead because they often take longer than expected. One thing I will say is that if you are unhappy with the speed of service and long lines, consider applying to work here and help speed things up.
1. The food is amazing. 2. The drinks are fantastic. 3. The staff is great, except for one person. 4. The individual in question, wearing a faded red shirt with white words, golden blonde hair, and a youthful appearance, needs to work on finishing current orders before moving on to the next. 5. Bruegger's Bagels are excellent. I am proud to be a loyal customer.

Experienced the unimaginable customer service. The manager (small, crooked, long beard) simply exposes this really angry vibe. Didn't you say back, even though we were on the face for a few minutes? I was waiting behind a customer who filled a large order for several minutes. I was literally afraid to ask him the obvious? Can you get me six simple bagels? Question because he was just ready to blow. Young woman in the register was very nice to me after this guy finally went to the back kitchen. I won't come back long, if ever.
