What Anonym dislikes about Tenant:
This restaurant might be the worst I’ve ever experienced in the Midwest and in my life. The staff was extremely rude, and the drinks tasted like bath water. The atmosphere was elitist and not welcoming at all, which really detracts from the dining experience. It’s a shame to see such a poor representation of South Minneapolis. View all feedback.
Lovely meal at Tenant tonight with wine pairings. Aged beef and Comte sandwich, hand cut pasta and lamb meatball, polenta and mushroom with fried leaks. Plus a hotdog in he bar!
I would give 6 stars if I could. Incredible experience from start to finish. They make it seamless from the start of calling ahead to learn of any food allergies or preferences. They have a nice bar next door to grab a cocktail before and once your bike is ready they transfer your drink tab over to your table. The 6 course meal is incredible and diverse. The explain each dish in its entirety and have a nice wine pairing to go with it. The ambiance is great, good space between tables, very intimate and not super loud. I will be returning!!
I have been to this restaurant many times and I have the best experience every time! The food is always fantastic, the atmosphere is so cozy and the service is unparalleled. Last night was our first experience at next door. What a delight! The drinks were simple and delicious. It's all such a great value and it felt like we were surrounded by friends (the staff. The free game of pool and loaf of milk bread didn't hurt either.
This restaurant is an absolute must try. We have been back numerous times and they never disappoint. You can see the passion these chefs have for food and for the dining experience. The environment is cozy, intimate, and welcoming. The food tastes out of this world and I always leave so full and satisfied. Drinks are crafted wonderfully and taste phenomenal. The price is very reasonable for a tasting menu and for the experience you get there. This restaurant deserves to have a Michelin star. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
