We informed them on arriva... read more Troubles from booking on their site from the beginning it kept changing the date. We intended to stay 3 nights but was charged for 4. We informed them on arrival thinking no problem they would just credit the 4th night. At check out they refused, talked to manager refused. Also lockers at pool are locked so if you would like to use them you have to find an attendant, good luck finding one…. They really need to look up hospitality and Accommodating As they fell very short in these areas. We will not be back! I would like to compliment the car drivers and bell men they did a outstanding Job!

Their pace felt s... read more Dreamy stay at the iconic Carlton. Every wish was accommodated with pleasure. Staff was genuine but also so discreet and friendly at the same. Their pace felt so relaxed and not rushed. They never seemed stressed. You can tell that they have been well taken care of. Special thanks to Mara and Margareta and Pauline for accommodating all our requests effortlessly. You are the true stars of this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking. Breakfast has excellent option, big compliments for highlighting healthy options and the abundance. The only thing to “complain about” is that the hotel seems a bit outdated but that’s just my personal preference. Thank you!
