I wen... read more Burger Battle Review – Anderson’s Butcher I stopped by Andersons to try their Burger Battle entry, The Baconaiser, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I went with the double patty option, which comes loaded with caramelised onion jam, bacon, crispy potato sticks, American cheddar, and baconnaise on a soft potato bun. This burger was absolutely delicious. The caramelised onion jam added a subtle sweetness that perfectly balanced the savoury flavours, making each bite really satisfying. Judging by how packed the place was, with nearly every table enjoying burgers, it’s clear I wasn’t the only one impressed. The fries (sweet potato) were decent but fairly standard, nothing particularly memorable, and the presentation was a bit underwhelming. The price came to $28, including fries, which feels reasonable given the portion size. Speaking of which, the burger itself was a solid, filling portion. The wait time was at around 7 minutes, and the customer service was good overall. Final verdict: 8.5/10. The burger is the star here, definitely worth checking out during Burger Battle.
