T... read more This place has the best coffee I've ever had! I used to visit 4 or more times a week. However, I've stopped going because often no one is even there to serve. The "open" sign is lit, yet they don't seem to be open. It's disappointing because I'd much prefer to support them over Starbucks, but it’s just not worth the drive if I arrive to find the place empty. They really need to update their website with accurate hours.

The sign says it's open, but more often than not—literally three days a week or more—there's no one inside for hours. I work nearby, and I try to grab an afternoon coffee every day, but it feels like a gamble to even drive to this place since it's usually empty. To make matters worse, Pueblo is always closed, and Legends is negatively impacting Art City Coffee, so you guys are my last hope!

Make all your drinks the same and you won't have to fix!Each time I've visited lately the employees have been chatting in a group too busy to focus on the customer. Not a hello, nor a hi, just a loud conversation between employees, so loud I cannot even get their attention when needing assistance.One barista offered a punch on my receipt because I left my card home. The second barista refused to honor said solution (after they've asked for a tip 3 cars back). And ushered us out of line as quickly as possible. Don't offer a service and give zero solution or take one back that was already offered.I have delt with their poor behavior for months, the ignorance and lack of problem solving simple issues will keep me away. Change in management isn't proving well.
