The food was cold, not how I ordered it. The manager and server were awesome the cook however not good and he started complaining about us sending the food back... read more The food was cold, not how I ordered it. The manager and server were awesome the cook however not good and he started complaining about us sending the food back. We had waited over 30 minutes to get cold burgers and fries with only 2 othercustomers in the dining area. The manager ended up covering the cost of the meal and we greatly appreciate it(thank you) . Wewill give it another chance next time we are in the area and hopefully the cook will have learned the definition of sautéed vrscold and slapped in a pile.

My husband ordered a sandwich that unfortunately included bread with sunflower seeds, which he is allergic to. Katie quickly addressed the situation and provided a great solution. Greeted professionally, was seated with quickly, and food was great. Will definitelybe going back.

Being in the hospitality industry ourselves, we understood why there were open tables but still had to wait for seating—it's clear there’s a staffing challenge, which is a nationwide issue. We waited about 15 minutes, which was perfectly fine. Once seated, our service was excellent. Our breakfast was delicious, and our coffee cups were always full. The restaurant was very clean, showing that the staff truly take pride in their work. Their efforts to keep everything running smoothly and to care for customers were evident, and the seasonal decorations added a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We had the pleasure of speaking with Amber, the manager, who was attentive, caring, and determined to improve service. Her strong work ethic and positive attitude impressed us. We will definitely stop here on our future trips to Salt Lake. As someone who knows the business, I highly recommend dining at this gem. A little advice: if any issues arise, address them immediately instead of leaving upset—most places appreciate the chance to make things right on the spot and learn from feedback.
