We were about to order when the girl on the register asked if someone had $0,33, right after that the bandanna girl just take the sandwich from the hands of this man and said he had no enough money. I asked how much was his sandwich and they said almost $7 with taxes. So I paid for it and asked her to give his money back. Bandanna girl had an attitude and told me I need to ask her first before pay for my order, I just ignored and proceeded to pay since it was just churros and drinks. When we were seated she came to us and asked how much change the girl on the registry gave to us, and that her register was $1 short. I couldn’t believe! Then I went to register and showed my receipt that was correct, and she said it may be wrong. They are just ridiculous! That poor man ate that sandwich like he was so hungry, take food from the hands of someone in need is so sad. I will never come to this place again.

Unfortunately, this time w... read more This is my second visit to this restaurant. During my first experience, the food tasted stale since we arrived close to closing time. Unfortunately, this time was not much better. We had to wait about 15 minutes just to place our order, and there was only one person working the line, who was quite slow. There was another woman in the back who seemed to be occupied with something else and refused to assist him. When she finally did come out, she took my sandwich from the oven, wrapped it up, and didn’t even ask what I wanted on it. When I mentioned that I wanted jalapeños, she told me it was too late since it was already wrapped and that I could have them on the side. To make matters worse, I witnessed her rudely tell a man that she didn’t speak Spanish in a very disrespectful manner. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.

They put less vegetables on al... read more We Door Dashed our dinner from here and all of our sandwiches were wrong. We ordered 2 turkey sandwiches and 1 meatball marinara. They put less vegetables on all of our sandwiches than we asked. They didn't put any sauces on our sandwiches and we ordered raspberry cheesecake cookies and they put chocolate chip. I can understand a mistake here and there but they deliberately messed up our entire order. Especially because on the receipt it showed exactly what we ordered.

Additionally, the hours posted aren't accurate; I arrived at 10:30 AM expecting them to be open as listed, but they weren't. They should be opening at 9 AM every day. The staff also seemed indifferent, as they saw me come in but chose to ignore me while chatting in the back room. What happened to good customer service?
