Additionally, the hours posted aren't accurate; I arrived at 10:30 AM expecting them to be open as listed, but they weren't. They should be opening at 9 AM every day. The staff also seemed indifferent, as they saw me come in but chose to ignore me while chatting in the back room. What happened to good customer service?

It feels like Subway is heading towards closure. I definitely would not recommend it.

I... read more I placed an online order because it showed the restaurant was open, but when I arrived, it was closed—even though the posted hours inside said they were open! I was charged and the order was marked as picked up, but I never received my food. This happens frequently with Subway; they say they're open and allow orders, but every time I go, they're closed. Additionally, they've switched to only digital customer service, so you can't call to complain or request a refund, which means they likely won't respond to customers.

Unfortunately, this time w... read more This is my second visit to this restaurant. During my first experience, the food tasted stale since we arrived close to closing time. Unfortunately, this time was not much better. We had to wait about 15 minutes just to place our order, and there was only one person working the line, who was quite slow. There was another woman in the back who seemed to be occupied with something else and refused to assist him. When she finally did come out, she took my sandwich from the oven, wrapped it up, and didn’t even ask what I wanted on it. When I mentioned that I wanted jalapeños, she told me it was too late since it was already wrapped and that I could have them on the side. To make matters worse, I witnessed her rudely tell a man that she didn’t speak Spanish in a very disrespectful manner. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.
