We wasted our time coming here. Waited 40 minutes for our food and the order was even wrong. We were the only family at the location. The waiter only came to our table to give us the good and bill and was never seen after that. Thewaiter that served us had really bad body Oder and smelt of cigarettes strongly. I will never take my family to this locationever again. This place is a disaster it?s a dump place was trashy and the waiters hygiene was awful. This place is a disgrace tothe other ihops that try to keep a clean and safe environment.

Ordered online to pick up, when I got in there it was basically empty. 2 customers in the whole place and still took 5-10 minutes just to talk to someone at the... read more Ordered online to pick up, when I got in there it was basically empty. 2 customers in the whole place and still took 5-10 minutes just to talk to someone at the front counter all while the cooks kept looking at me from the kitchen. The first serverwas very nice and grabbed my food. Then when I got home they did not give me part of my order so we called and they said to comeback to get it. I went back and had to wait again, now not a single customer in the store and the same cooks eating their lunch.When I got the rest of my order from a different server it was poorly thrown together and acted as if they did not care i hadto return to get my order. This is the 3rd time with months in between trips I 've had bad experiences.

There weren't many customers, and even at that not enough staff. The wait for food wasn't too bad, but from the time we were seated to the time we ordered was a long wait. Another couple left before ordering. They were out of icecream and a few other thing.
