I've used the app multiple times, and each time I've requested extra meat and paid for it, only to find that there’s no extra meat when I get home. Additionally, we typically order two cookies, but we always have to inquire about them when we pick up our order.
My husband ordered online—a garlic chicken sandwich and the Boss sandwich. Unfortunately, they mixed up the toppings. My toppings ended up on his sandwich and his toppings on mine, resulting in completely different flavors and sauces on each, not to mention the different meats. It was just gross! I'm extremely disappointed with this restaurant, and to make matters worse, they won't answer the phone. Now my husband has to go there in person, even though he has to get to work soon.
I also inquired about my coupon since my subs cost $30, but the employee I spoke with was curt and seemed frustrated. They informed me that I couldn't use the coupon for online orders and offered no assistance. They could have simply re-entered my order to apply the coupon! Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.
