The atmosphere and staff were very friendly. The food was exceptional, and there was a wide variety to choose from. It's a small restaurant, so it can get crowded when it's busy.

Ok, so if we could take the raspberry ice tea from Mel's and have them serve it here, then this place would be THE breakfast restaurant for us. I'm not saying everything else wasn't good, just saying I want what I want. The diner is small, but roomy enough, so let's call it cozy.My wife ordered the strawberry crepe with cream cheese filling. She...we were both surprised by the size of the crepe. She said it was creamy and delicious.I ordered the Sunnyslam. The star of the show was the sausage links. They didn't seem like the typical ones you get for breakfast due to both the size and flavor, both of which were awesome. The hashbrowns soaked up the yolk of my sunnyside up eggs, and just embraced all of that flavor. The pic was after I had started cutting, so wasn't as presentable as it was when our waitress brought it over. We have been back a couple times.
