What User doesn't like about Kai Asian Fusion:
I wanted to love the place, I really did. Up front I told the waitress that I was allergic to shellfish (this has never been a problem at any Asian or sushi place I have ever been). I ordered Hibachi chicken and it came out with two shrimp on top. I told her that could kill me and she said, Oh no, that only has two shrimp. I was there twice. Sushi is very fresh and very good. The owner is sweet and hustles her butt away is the only one who cares about customers. Loves this place and would go nowhere else for Sushi
I just had lunch at Asian Fusion in Springvale, Maine. The sushi was on point and I tried three different roles from the California roll, Spicy Tuna and Salmon. The soup went well with the cold weather and the salad was crisp and fresh. I am new to the area and after this great experience I will coming back sooner than later.
Been to similar restaurants all over the east coast. Also was a professional chef for many years, and I have to say Kai Asian Fusion is amazing. It may not be the best location for such a great place, but it is most definately worth the travel.
Tried for the first time tonight with sushi takeout. Got exactly what I expected and they packed it well, including the ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. Will be going back!
