Was James Jones at Sonic Drive-in a mag?
The person taking the order was confused when we placed an order for a large chocolate cherry coke. Someone else inside had to explain it to her. But the food was great just how it was ordered. Worst service ever. Messed up order did not give copy of receipt. Said couldn’t do anything with out order number. Finally a half refund. The workers need to pay attention and read the orders placed and problems would be fixed. They are steeling from you every time you don’t get what you order. View all feedback.

Once again I ordered food and sauces. I received 0 out of the 8 ranch packets. I ordered a 5 piece meal to avoid unwanted onion rings and was still given the combo with onion rings. 5 drinks were ordered with me by myself and I still had to ask for a drink holder, which happens every time. Fries taste stale and the unwanted toast in the combo that was suppose to be a meal tastes and a els burnt Food: 3

Going thru the drive thru was terrible I sat there to give my order over 5 minutes .no one in front of me I even honk my horn to get the girl at the window that was giving out a order but didn't even try to see me. I finally drove out of your lot. This is not the first time this has happened. Im not happy about your way of service. Amd I'm not sure if I will come back.

Ordered two items a shake and a strawberry sundae. Waited 30 minutes. The employee said the app check in was wrong and we were never checked in. Then she said we were checked in but the order time was delayed so we had to wait longer. We asked to talk to the manager, the manager came out and we showed her the app time and asked if we could either just get our ice cream for our kids or a refund. She said that they would make it right away and wrote down what we ordered on her phone. Another employee brought the items out about 4 minutes later and the sundae was the wrong flavor. When we told the employee it was wrong she just told us have a good night and walked away. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
