I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 15 pieces chicken tsarte, half spicy half regular, my wife can't eat spicy food, we ended up with four pieces regularly and the rest and spicy. Spicy was so dry. You really couldn't eat it and eat it cold. I also ask for a small thing of gravity and also a grill sauce diving sauce, I don't care about her severity. Sauce and everything. Is it that it should be cold chicken not to fulfill your order?
Mashed potatoes always taste different then the time before. Too salty. Chicken strips are too thick and not cooked long enough.
I normally don't get anything from here, other than sweet tea (because I don't eat meat) but I was hungry so I ordered some fries, okra, and mashed potatoes with gravy. When he handed me the box, I asked if they put the gravy in there. He said it was already in with the potatoes. I said I didn't realize it came like that; I assumed it would be separate. He offered to fix it for me and I thought that was sweet of him to do that. Got home and opened the box and saw that there was gravy all over the side of the gravy container. As I reached in to pick it up, the lid came off and gravy went everywhere! Ugh! Fine, whatever, I'll just eat it like that! Turns out, all the food was inedible even smothered in gravy! The fries were way too salty, and the okra was hard and greasy. The mashed potatoes were OK, but I probably should have kept the order the way he gave it to me first, to be honest....I don't know if this was a fluke or what, but I was very disappointed.... and I'm still hungry.... I'll go back for the tea, but I'll eat somewhere else....
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 15-piece chicken tender meal, with half spicy and half regular, since my wife can't eat spicy food. Unfortunately, we ended up with just four regular pieces and the rest were spicy. The spicy tenders were incredibly dry and cold, making them nearly inedible. Additionally, I had requested a small container of gravy and a barbecue dipping sauce, but I’m not fond of their gravy. Overall, I was disappointed with the cold chicken and the incorrect order. Is this how it’s supposed to be?
