They use their bare hands, which raises concerns about hygiene—who knows if they touched their face before serving the food? Additionally, there are extra charges if you pay with a card.

Unfortunately, the portion size I received was about half of what I usually get. However, the food quality was excellent as always.

Unfortunately, w... read more I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 15-piece chicken tender meal, with half spicy and half regular, since my wife can't eat spicy food. Unfortunately, we ended up with just four regular pieces and the rest were spicy. The spicy tenders were incredibly dry and cold, making them nearly inedible. Additionally, I had requested a small container of gravy and a barbecue dipping sauce, but I’m not fond of their gravy. Overall, I was disappointed with the cold chicken and the incorrect order. Is this how it’s supposed to be?

It's concerning to think they might have touched their face before handling the food. Additionally, they now impose an extra charge for card payments.
